As a seasoned business attorney with over three decades of experience, Brendan J. Radigan has served in senior positions as both in-house and external counsel for clients in the technology and financial services industries.

His career has been dedicated to negotiating, documenting, and closing transactions, as well as providing comprehensive advice on business law matters.

Over the course of his career Brendan has led the legal function for a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and dispositions, sales and servicing contracts, licensing agreements, major technology procurements, and other technology projects.

His team-based and analytical approach, coupled with his training in helping identify the deeper interests of clients and counter-parties when initial deal positions are in contention, often leads to a fruitful collaboration that brings into focus alternative deal terms that optimize transaction values for both parties.

His senior-level private sector and in-house experience equips him to either lead transactions or support a client’s in-house team, depending on the circumstances.
